@Ask_Spectrum I’ve never been your customer. And I’ve already been on phone for 40+ minutes and your customer support even agreed that you guys would let anyone with a name and phone number enroll anyone without further validation of identity. That’s being complicit in the fraud.

@a_cosmo_epicure @GetSpectrum How did you resolve this? They fraudulently enrolled me (I can’t even get Spectrum service where I live) and they refused to drop me from account unless I provide a copy of driver’s license, notarized attestation and more.
