@Ask_Spectrum Again, I literally just hung up the phone with y’all for the 2nd time in 2 hours and you said it was an outage and couldn’t do anything about it. Feigning helpfulness is silly at this point. Just fix your outage and give refunds to everyone you failed today.

.@patriotact On a foggy day I can still see the @RCNconnects service center three blocks from my house, and @GetSpectrum is still the only garbage ISP available to me because NYC allows it somehow.

As someone who works from home and relies on the internet, yet ANOTHER @Ask_Spectrum outage means more lost wages for me. Last month, they credited almost half the bill due to these constant outages. Those credits don’t come CLOSE to covering the wages I’ve lost. #Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum My current issue is basically your entire business model. Lower, more expensive speeds than RCN, intermittent connections & your grossly technologically inferior cable boxes. Got my grandmother paying extra for limited DVR when my @PlayStation Vue cloud DVR comes free & unlimited

sorry to put u on blast @GetSpectrum but i have called/spoken to 3 customer service reps and am still receiving promotional print material from ur company 2x a week as i have for 9months. i do not want cable television. pls grow up and minimize ur paper waste and leave me alone.

I’m paying $69.99 a month for an upgraded internet from @GetSpectrum but it is slower than their usual cheaper plan! When I complain, they either do a phone troubleshoot or send a technician. Internet works fast for the next 15 minutes, and goes back to horribly slow speed again!

“Maintenance”? @Ask_Spectrum took my DVR from 51% -> 100% tonight w 6 hrs of recordings? DVR flashed a warning.🙄 Then deleting 2.5 hours didn’t even budge the total ? Customer Care couldn’t resolve it. wth?

@a_cosmo_epicure @GetSpectrum How did you resolve this? They fraudulently enrolled me (I can’t even get Spectrum service where I live) and they refused to drop me from account unless I provide a copy of driver’s license, notarized attestation and more.
