@a_cosmo_epicure @GetSpectrum How did you resolve this? They fraudulently enrolled me (I canāt even get Spectrum service where I live) and they refused to drop me from account unless I provide a copy of driverās license, notarized attestation and more.

@_YourSongBird_ @impulseband14 @Ask_Spectrum I dont live in a spectrum service area anymore but I noticed with spectrum my service would be unavailable almost EVERY NIGHT between 12 and 1am for about 30 mins. Never had any issues other than that, but it was still strange. No outage alerts or anything just straight not work.
